At Loll Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable outdoor furniture. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure the recycled materials are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Labels and Send

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
